Once upon a time, long ago, in a land about an hour from here, I used to be in pretty good shape. I could run three miles in less than 20 minutes, grab a basketball rim with ease, and bench press 200lbs. I could play basketball for hours and still have energy to do whatever I wanted, even play more basketball. Once I graduated high school, those days of being in shape ended pretty abruptly and I became rather stagnant. I gained the freshman 15, then the sophomore 10, and the junior five, so you can see that I've put on a couple extra pounds.

I've decided to do something about it, and that is to start working out and running. I've started working out four days a week and running at least a mile and a half each day. It's not going to be easy, but if I lose about 30lbs, I'll be back to the Steve few people remember. Monday and Thursday are chest and tricep day, while Tuesday and Friday are bicep, shoulder, and back day. There is some ab stuff in there somewhere as well and a lot of cardio. We'll see what happens I guess.
