I am now officially keeping a real, old-fashioned journal. I've always wanted to keep one on a regular basis, but my last attempt failed miserably. I tried to be all cool and tech-savvy and keep my journal on my computer, but things just didn't work out and me and the digital journal had to part ways. It was a nasty breakup, but it was necessary.
So as I walked through Books-A-Million, a notebook caught my eye and I got that urge to start a journal again. This type of notebook was used by Hemingway and Van Gogh, so I'm sure if I write in it I will be as cool, if not cooler, than those two guys. The first few days have been great, and I would recommend the whole hand-written journal deal to anyone.
Speaking of old photos, here are a couple three I found while at home. Some friends and I got the idea it would funny to get family photos from our local, neighborhood Walmart. Well, we did, and these are the results.
